Bruneau Language Homes are trading as a sole trader whose registered address is the Rookery, Kidlington, Oxford OX5 1AW, United Kingdom. This is the user agreement that governs your use of this website and the purchase by you of the services and products featured. Please take time to read these terms and conditions. We will not allow you to make a purchase unless you have confirmed that you have read these terms.
Booking
To secure a booking, you should send an email to carolinebruneau@outlook.com. We will send you an e-mail with an invoice advising you of the amount outstanding and details to make the payment by bank transfer. Your booking is confirmed once we are in receipt of your payment.
Accuracy & Prices
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and information. However, there may be times when errors occur. This may result in a price increase, product or service details being altered. In this case, we reserve the right to ask you for the price difference at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed following confirmation of the booking by us. VAT is not applicable.
Payment
We ask for full payment at the time of booking and no less than 7 days before the first class with proof of bank transfer. We do not accept to pay your bank charges. We invoice and accept GBP (£) or Euro (€). Payment is to be made by bank transfer, the details are stated on the invoice. You should advise us of your preferred currency at the time of booking.
Cancellation/Amendments
In the event, you need to change the dates or cancel your booking, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. Send us an email at carolinebruneau@outlook.com stating all of your details including your booking information. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you an acknowledgement that we have received it. Refund details are as follows:
Course Package – 7 days prior to the first lesson – full refund of the amount received in GPB or Euro less any bank charges. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days or less before the start of the course, the full amount is owed and no refund will be possible.
Online class – 48 hours prior to class – If the cancellation is made 48 hours or less before the start of the lesson, it will be deducted and therefore lost.
Homestay – Full refund 30 days before the date of arrival. No reimbursement is possible if the cancellation request is received less than 30 days before the date of arrival.
Refunds will solely be made via bank transfer and in GBP (£) or Euro (€) depending on the original invoice currency issued. We are not responsible for any fluctuation in the exchange rate which may result in a refund being less than what you originally paid. You will not receive a higher amount than what you originally paid into our bank account. Please be advised that the refund process can take up to 2 weeks from receipt of your email.
Changes or cancellation by us of your booking
It is very unlikely that we will have to make any changes to or cancel your booking. However, should this occur, we will advise you immediately by email or phone and suggest an alternative date for you to consider.
The Company’s Liability to you
We accept liability for matters which arise as a result of our contractual duty to exercise care in making arrangements for you. We cannot accept responsibility for anything else. You are subjected to the terms and conditions of the platform used for the online classes that we use to carry out lessons online.
Claims and Complaints
If you have a complaint you must contact us immediately. Most problems can be solved on the spot, we advise for you to put your complaint in writing. Write to carolinebruneau@outlook.com.

When you book with us, you agree to allow us to use any photograph, task completed, or video taken for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not agree to this, please write to carolinebruneau@outlook.com.
Online Lessons
The online lesson is accessible via the link that is sent to the email address you have provided. It is your responsibility to enter the class at the time scheduled and to check that you possess a functioning computer, phone or tablet with a microphone and webcam. You must check that they operate correctly and that you have a good internet connection equipped with an ethernet cable if your connection is low. You may also consider using a headset. Should your equipment not be operating properly or should you arrive late, we cannot be held responsible or liable to extend the length of the lesson or reschedule. The full amount of the scheduled lesson will be owed.
Homestay
You are responsible for subscribing to travel insurance and holding the correct documents, including an up-to-date passport when entering or leaving the UK.
Web Site
Bruneau Language Homes do not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Any content on the website or literature written by us is for promotional or educational purposes and reflect the view of Bruneau Language Homes.
Jurisdiction
This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by English Law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of English Courts at all times. In order to make a purchase, you must be over 18 years old and be purchasing for yourself, a member of your family or have the authorization of the person for whom you are making the booking. You will also have the legal capacity to make the booking and subsequently the payment. The site and any form, document or content we supply to you may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed, or reproduced in any way except if you wish to make copies for your own personal and non-commercial use.
